# Live Session Monitoring

The best part of automation is watching it work from the couch. As NINA captures and reports subs, the phone reflects the night in near real time.

### Following the Night

Open a system during a session to see progress ticking up: which target is being imaged, which filters have gained subs tonight, and how each project’s totals are advancing. Counts update as NINA reports captures to the cloud.

### Reading the Numbers

Per-filter progress shows **captured / planned**. Because the desktop, cloud, NINA, and phone all share one ledger, the number you see on the phone at 2 AM is the same one the desktop will show at breakfast.
