The Astro PM plugin turns NINA into the execution arm of your planning: it pulls tonight’s schedule from the cloud, images it, and reports every captured sub back. Installation takes a minute from inside NINA itself.
Requirements #
- NINA 3.x (the plugin targets the NINA 3 plugin system).
- An Astro PM desktop install with your sync token.
- Internet access at the NINA machine (or use Offline Mode once the cache is primed).
Installing from the Plugin Manager #
- In NINA, open the Plugins tab.
- Find Astro PM in the available list and click Install.
- Restart NINA when prompted.
After the restart you will find the Astro PM Options page under the plugin, plus new sequencer items in the Astro PM Tools category and imaging-tab panels for live status.
Keeping It Updated #
The desktop app and the plugin are versioned in lockstep – the scheduling engine runs in both and must produce identical plans. When the desktop app updates, NINA’s plugin manager will show a matching plugin update: install it before the next imaging night. See Updating Astro PM.
