The phone app is a thin window onto your cloud data, so most issues are connectivity or pairing – and both have quick fixes.
Nothing Loads / Empty Lists #
- Check the phone’s internet connection.
- Verify the desktop app has synced recently – the phone shows what the cloud has.
- Re-pair by scanning the QR code again; it refreshes credentials in one step.
Progress Looks Stale #
Pull to refresh. During a session, counts advance as NINA reports captures – if NINA is offline (or in Offline Mode), progress will catch up when the observatory reconnects.
Thumbnails Missing #
Thumbnails are generated and uploaded by the desktop app. Open the desktop, let it sync, and the images appear on the phone shortly after (they are cached on the device once seen).
